Hi, my name is Philip Brown, I belong to Our Lady of Lourdes, Council # 14530. I am married to Carol and we have 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. I am also a member of Immaculate Conception Parish.
On May 1st of this year I became the field agent for the Knights of Columbus Insurance program in Prince Edward Island.
Knights of Columbus Insurance was started by our order’s founder Father Michael J McGivney in 1882 as a means of providing financial protection for Catholic families. From these humble beginnings, it has grown to become one of the most secure financial institution in North America.

My experience as a business owner, Credit Union president and director, parish and community volunteer, provincial government minister, and director with the federal government has provided a solid background for taking on this new role with the Knights of Columbus.
